After we validate your order, we'll immediately process the incorporation using the expedited service.

• Basic service ($350) 

It will take 2-3 weeks to receive the paperwork and have your company fully incorporated with the State of Delaware.

• Expedited service ($450)

If you select the expedited service (additional fee of $100) then you will be guaranteed to have your company incorporated within 24 hours during business days. We will email you your file number (basically your company registration number) within 24 hours after the validation of your order and you will be able to start using your new entity. Within 2-3 business days, we will email you a copy of the certified certificate and apostille, both documents being delivered by the State. The original documents will then be sent to you to your local address in due course.
