First, the business address of your company must be located at our Wilmington office. If you do not have already an active mail forwarding service setup at our Wilmington offices then you should buy this service first.
No other address is acceptable. We cannot open your account if your business address is not our Wilmington office.
If you have already a business address located at our Wilmington office then you will need to provide us with the following documentation.
If your company has been incorporated thru Easy Corp Ltd, we will need to record:
- The IRS letter confirming your EIN
- Your passport
- A second ID
- A proof of residence
- A bank reference letter or last three bank statements.
If your company has been incorporated thru Easy Corp Ltd, we will need to collect in addition:
- The certificate of incorporation with your name appearing on it
- The operating agreement (if the certificate of incorporation does not list your name)
- A certificate of good standing
Easy Corp Ltd is an accredited business from the Better Business Bureau.
