Why do you request me to fax you both sides of my credit card?

By law we need to verify the identity of the applicant. Also our bank processor request us to verify who is the real cardholder. We cannot verify that you are the genuine cardholder without asking you to see both sides of your credit card (exactly like a teller would do in a normal shop). In that way we can verify that your name is printed on your card and also that your signature matches the one made on the confirmation invoice.

There is no security issue at all since you have already provided us with the full details of your card when you placed your order online via secure ssl so we have already collected the billing details in a secure place. Sending us both sides of your card only allow us to protect you and our business by verifying that you are the real cardholder for the card used for the billing. This verification method allows us to have no chargeback and no fraud event since 2004.

Some of our clients prefer to fax us copy of both sides of their card with some digits hidden and this is perfectly fine. If you are worried about who is behind our fax machine then you can simply hide the digits of the card and only leave visible the last four digits. You can also hide the CVV at the back of the card. We only need to verify that your name is appearing on the card and that your signature matches the one made on the confirmation invoice. Nothing else.

If you prefer not sending us this paperwork then do not place an order.

If you have already placed your order then simply let us know and we will cancel your order and refund the money.

Why $147.50 is debited from my account every month?

$147.50 is the monthly administrative and compliance fee. This fee is debited on 1st of every month directly from your bank account. This fee covers all due diligence and compliance work that we have to do to keep the accounts opened and running. Opening a bank account in the USA for non residents is not an easy process and when the account is opened there is still a lot of compliance work to do to make sure that the account is not going to be closed. The banks are asking us to make sure that we keep at all time a copy of a valid passport and a...

Can I setup a virtual office service if I do not have a credit card?

No, you cannot. Everytime we receive some mail for you, we will sort it and classify it in our mailing room. We will prepare it and forward this mail to you on every Monday. At that stage we will bill your credit card for the postage costs associated to the shipment. For this reason we always need to have a valid credit card on file in order to charge it with the postal costs. We cannot contact you to get a payment everytime we have some mail for you, it would be simply impossible to do that for an small annual fee of $300. ...

Can I fax or email USPS form 1583? Why do I have to mail it?

The law requires us to keep originals on file, thus we cannot accept a faxed or emailed copy. Form 1583 must contain the original signature and be stamped by a notary (or if a notary if not available by a government or bank officer (or attorney) with an official stamp). Two original copies of form 1583 along with copies of two forms of identification will need to be submitted to us in order for us to activate all the features on the account. We will also need a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card you used to register. ...
